Missing the SnpEff in the "Calling variants in diploid systems" tutorial

Hi everyone!

I followed the “Calling variants in diploid systems” tutorial step by step. I try to annotate my variants, but I can’t find the SnpEff tool. I checked every Snp related tool but none of them have the parameters as same as in the turorial. Can anyone help me with that?

We discussed about that few days ago.

It isn’t found when you search for it. look at the section “Variant Calling” without any search term entered in the search box, and you will find it .
