Multiple Sequence Alignment is not interactive

Hello!

I’ve been trying to visualize a MSA on Galaxy using the Multiple Sequence Alignment under the Visualization tab. When I select my FASTA file, it creates a plot of the alignment but it is non-scrollable and I cannot interact with it.

I tried the provided 3.fasta file under the tool but the same is happening with that as well. When I close the History tab on the right, I can see that the alignment is longer but I just cannot scroll or do any interactions with the plot. I tried using the mouse and the arrow keys as well but nothing works.

I also tried different browsers but the same happens on every on of them.

Could you please help me solve this issue?

Thanks!

Hello @Agoston_Hunya

I agree – the plugin is new, and is currently only a static image, no matter the browser choice. I’m getting some feedback from our developers about the status! Thanks for asking about it. More soon.
