Not able to open server

Not able to open galaxy server. Tried every possible way, refreshed the page lot of times but nothing worked.

Are you working at UseGalaxy.org? If so, the server is up.

If you haven’t tried this yet – clear your browser cache, quit out of the browser, then start it up and try to reach the server’s URL again. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari work best. Be sure to enable pop-ups.

You might also want to check that you can reach other public websites to eliminate an internet connection issue on your side.

If you are working somewhere else, please explain. Some other public Galaxy (URL?). Your own Galaxy?
