I also have this issue for the server usegalaxy.eu. I have waited several days, double checked my email address, checked junk and tried resend multiple times.

Are you by chance using a hotmail or gmail address? We’ve seen issues with Microsoft and Google mail servers that seem to block some of our automated reply messages.
