I’m using the Snippy tool to analyze SNPs. However, despite running it many times, I keep getting the error “Exit code 2 ()”. Could you please help me or guide me on how to fix this error?

Can you share the history with the failed Snippy job? History sharing: click at History options (three horizontal bars icon) in the top right corner of the history panel, select Share and manage access, in the middle window change Make history accessible to Yes, copy the URL and paste it into reply.
