Hello Galaxy community, I am new to Galaxy and had a question while developing my local instance and running my files through the local instance.
I am interested in knowing if there is a way that I can store some files in a directory in galaxy local instance. And once the files are located in this directory, I can run the files through my workflow allowing me to compare these pre-loaded files (samples) in the Galaxy local instance to the files loaded into the workflow by the user.
