I am having issues loading local data libraries into Galaxy. I have activated adding datasets “from User Directory” and have created a folder with my email address in the directory, however when I try to add files or folders I get this error "Could not create tree representation of the given folder: ". I am assuming it is a permissions error, but I am not sure why. I created the folders using the galaxy user.
