Problem with Helixer

Thanks for reporting the issue here! There is a known issue with Helixer we are tracking here.

We increased the resources but this led to another issue!

For now, the solution is to try at a different public Galaxy server.

Yes, my tests completed. I’ve confirmed that the issue is with the current resources allocated at UseGalaxy.org. I’ve request an adjustment, to support you and the GTN tutorials that include Helixer.

The decision may take some time. But good news! You don’t need to wait. Instead, transfer your history over the UseGalaxy.eu server and try the run there. The EU server is allocating more cores and memory.
