I am trying to upload 100-300GB files for analysis. The upload has failed multiple times in the web uploader. I really need to be able to restart an upload when there are network hiccups, but FTP is not an option available for my account and I cannot find any way to request it. The AI keeps making up support email addresses and I can’t find an appropriate web form or contact request, so I’m trying here: who do I need to email to request the ability to upload via FTP?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support FTP at UseGalaxy.org due to some security requirements at our hosting site TACC.

I’ll also add that user attached data storage is the best way avoid upload and download steps entirely, since the data is read and written directly to your own storage repository.
Please give this a review and let us know if you have follow-up questions! Which repositories are supported differ by UseGalaxy server and more are added all the time. You could technically load at one, then transfer to the others, as a way to get the data intially up into the cloud environments but download will still be something to sort out at the end.
Then, for a more advanced way to interact agentically with Galaxy, have you seen Orbit? It can help you to make a data management strategy, to find/execute/customize vetted 
IWC Galaxy workflows, then to gather/publish visualization insights including Galaxy Reports after.
You will be able to attach your own model so there really is no limit to how to much it can help. We love feedback about it too! But please always come back here at the forum for help from a person!
