The links to the scanpy documentation here on usegalaxy.eu server need to be updated to https://scanpy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ - the current links show a 404
p.s. is this the correct way to report this or can I create a PR someplace?
Ofcourse there is no harm in reporting it here, but I think most developers are more active on the corresponding github pages. See:

To quickly find the github repository you can click the litle arrow on the top right of the tool.

@GraemeT we have updated scanpy and the new links in the new tool version should work again. We are also linking to GTN from the tool form now and soon we will link from the tool form to relevant tool questions here in this forum. We hope this all helps our users to get more relevant information about their tools.
