SnpEff4.3 in public Galaxy

Is there a way to use SnpEff4.3 in public Galaxy? Are they compatible?

Hi @xuanz01,

During sndEff eff job setup click at Version (three blocks icon) in the top right corner of the middle window, next to Star icon, and select v.4.3 version. The ORG server provides two versions, T.galaxy1 and T.galaxy2. Try the latest, T.galaxy2.
