Hi! I’m pretty much new to Galaxy. I’m just wondering if there’s a way to update the version of Trinity? The version installed here is the 2019 version (2.9). I would like to use the v2.11.0 or higher version. Thank you very much!

As far as I know, there are not any plans to update Trinity. I asked the IUC to see what they think. They may reply here or at the chat, and feel free to join. If you are interesting in helping that would also be the best place to start coordinating.
Alternatives include rnaSPAdes.
