Trouble downloading larger results? Try the "History Archive" option

Hello,
I ran Kallisto and Dsse2 to get my list of DE genes. In the results of Dseq2, I can see there are about 20000 lines - I am assuming 1 line for each gene. However, when I download the file, I only get 9000 lines. Can you please let me know why this is happening? And how can I download the entire dataset of 20000 lines?

@KEELE Yes, the data is large. The connection dropped for me too. I remembered that this has come up before. See this prior Q&A on how to “resume” downloads with curl and wget and see if one of those works for you. Your other option is to create a History archive and download that. Once uncompressed, you’ll find your data inside of it. Tip: Copy just the data you need into a new history to make it smaller/faster to process this way.
