We recently upgraded SGE. Since then, galaxy failed to obtain the status of jobs submitted to the grid, though the galaxy jobs could be submitted and running in cluster without any issues. The paster.log contains following message “unable to communicate with DRM: code 2: Requested session 2 does not exist”. The job status can be recovered only after restarting galaxy service.
Any ideas how to solve the issue?
