I’m currently unable to run ITs it seems. For JupyterLab or RStudio, I get:
Galaxy could not be reached .You are seeing this message because a request to Galaxy timed out or was refused…
For my IT, PhysiCell Studio, I get:
502 Bad Gateway. nginx/1.20.1
Same for me with Rstudio. It happened to me yesterday as well. Gemini said to wait until the box in the right hand of the screen to turn green rather than amber, which it never did.
Here is the history:
It has been running for 40 minutes. I have refreshed the history hoping for the amber box to turn green but no change.

Still trying to get this to run. Rstudio still does not work. I tried jupyter notebooks and I get the same error.
Also, tried it on the microsoft browser instead of chrome. No luck there either.
I signed up for usegalaxy.eu and it worked fine.
I’m still having the same problem on usegalaxy.org
