Now I have that same issue on .org server. It’s stuck forever on 0% for my fastq.gz files

Would you like to share some more detail?
How many? What are the file sizes? Have any loaded by now?
The most common issue is attempting to load very large files over a slower internet connection but we can confirm and meanwhile, I’ll double check that there isn’t something going on server side.
