Hello,
I have data from MiSeq which is already alligned and classified using MiSeq reporter workflow. I have both the fastq format for my samples and I laso have the classification in txt file and excel file. I want to do alpha diversity and beta diveristy on my samples but I’m not sure how I should upload my data.
