A tutorial for adding some translation of Galaxy Training materials?

I could see some tutorials for adding new tutorials to Galaxy Training materials at

I could not find a tutorial about adding translation. I wonder how I could add a tutorial in Korean.

I tried to follow the instruction at

to change the tutorials. A spanish version of a tutorial is available at

So, I tried to have a similar file such as tutorial_KR or tutorial_KO with a few minor changes to the markdown file to no avail.
