After I use a data (a .bam file from the history we upload) to launch the galaxy interactive environments (GIEs), this data isn’t shown in the list when I want to use them in the galaxy tools (usegalaxy.org) provided by tools shed.
According to my observation and my understanding, the galaxy and GIEs are two different platforms and run in different servers. But the galaxy and GIEs have a sharing file system (sshfs). In this case, the data should be available for the galaxy and GIEs at the same time.
So I’m confused about data sharing mechanism between the galaxy and GIEs. I am not sure my understanding is right. Looking forward to discuss with anybody. Thanks!
