Hi, guys. Is it possible to use a tool using data from different histories in Galaxy? I need to use Roary, but the GFF files are in different histories. If yes, how can I do that? Thank you for your attention.

There is a brand new option to browse all the files in your account. This is available at UseGalaxy.org (only, the others will update over time).
Find it where you select datasets, it is the option with … three dots.

At other servers, you’ll need to copy datasets between histories in order to use them as inputs with tools. Copies of data within your own account do not consume any extra quota space.
Hope that helps, and since that is new, please let us know if you have any trouble with it. Keep in mind that the more datasets you have, the slower that function will work in practical use! It will get tuned up for better performance with the full roll out.
