For account help, please write in to the administrators of the Galaxy server where you were working from the email address used for account registration.

If you are working at UseGalaxy.org, the contact email is: galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org

If working somewhere else, the contact information for most public Galaxy servers is usually on the homepage of the server or included in their directory listing here: Galaxy Platform Directory: Servers, Clouds, and Deployable Resources - Galaxy Community Hub. The information is also (probably) in the original account activation email – for both public or private servers.
If you cannot find the contact, please post back the URL of the server and we can try to help more.
