I recently started the tutorials for the proteomics on galaxy. I wanted to have a custom variable modification when running a search engine, but do not know how to implement it. Can anyone help?
For instance, imagine if you want to find a lysine with a -10 Da shift of mass in your spectrums. How is it possible to have a Variable Modification for this mass shift?
