Hello, i just started using MaxQuant on Galaxy for protein searches. I want to add a novel protein post-translational modification to the MaxQuant tool on Galaxy to search my data but not sure how to go about it. Did not see any option on Galaxy. Any suggestions?
To my understanding, this is not so easy with the MQ configuration. Which modification you need to add, maybe I can have a look.
