I see the tool at the UseGalaxy.eu server. You can work there, too, even if you are also working at the UseGalaxy.org server.
One account per server is how the services work. This allows you to take advanced of unique tools, indexes, and more free data storage space. It is easy to move data between servers by URL (no downloading).

And, the installation request. It looks like the tool was recently updated, so hopefully this will be possible. You shouldn’t wait so this is for later.
