- Request: Investigate backend logs for the 504 timeout on /addOrganism and /updateOrganismInfo—is there a server-side delay, misconfiguration, or timeout setting issue?
- Example: “I’m on the Apollo prokaryotes tutorial and get a 504 timeout on /addOrganism and /updateOrganismInfo across two accounts (moviehemn2@gmail.com and hhossei2@central.uh.edu) after 6 minutes, despite a live server and correct permissions. Please remember that every public Galaxy server has a quota of one account per person! The account registration form, and the activation emails all explain the terms of service but is is sometimes missed. You should consolidate your data into one account immediately, then delete the other.
