I accidentally archived one of my histories and have not been able to find out how to un-archive it. Could somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Welcome @cjain
Hopefully you found this already!
Go to your listing of Histories, toggle into the Archived Histories tab, and in the listing you’ll see a large button for the Unarchive function.
This will move the history back into the My Histories tab where all of your regular histories will be listed.

Thank you! I hadn’t used Galaxy for a few months and did not notice that History options are now available on the left as well. My bad.
Could you also point me in the right direction on how to get IGV to recognize a custom GFF or BED file?
Hi @cjain
Great, glad that helped!
For visualization, use the link inside of a dataset like this:
You will need to have IGV set up on your own computer. We have tutorials here to get you started.
- GTN Materials Search (query=igv)
More help is at this forum in topics with the igv tag. This is a simple quote from one of them.
Hope this also helps!
