When I executed the FastQC read quality reports the pictures that were supposed to be produced were not displayed and there was some icon instead. I attach a screenshot. Do i need to install some web browser add in? I am using Google Chrome by the way.
Are you using a local or public galaxy server?
html output need to “whitelisted” https://docs.galaxyproject.org/en/release_18.09/admin/options.html
But as far as I know this is an admin thing
