complete chromosome sequence

Hello,
can anyone please suggest the tool to find out if my whole genome sequence has any complete chromosome sequence as this data asked on NCBI Genome submission?

If you are after the genome assembly QC, check this tutorial. Also, consider contacting NCBI people about their definition of “complete chromosome sequence”, as well as criteria used for estimation of the completeness.
