Is there any Galaxy instance with dnAQET, SQAT and GenomeQC software for the assembly evaluation?
Could you please put these new tools to the usegalaxy.eu and other principal instances?

those tools are not available currently in Galaxy; you can get some information about the available tools in the toolshed. If you are interested in including a new tool, I suggest you to open an issue in this repository.
