Cuffmerge problem

Dear all,

i have a problem running cuffmerge on assambled transcripts after applying cufflinks succesfully. There appears an error warning with following information:

tool error

An error occurred with this dataset:

Job output not returned from cluster

display in IGB [View]

display with IGV [local]

Could you please help me, thanks in advance!

if you click on your faulty dataset title, you will see several buttons on the bottom. One of them has the shape of a little bug. Click it and submit the error report form that will appear
