Hi @inivasDL , hi @DCEM_NCU I realized it is way too late, but came across a similar error recently. In that case the issue was caused by genes with zero counts in every sample. Filtering out zero count genes helps. Alternatively, try other tools, such as edgeR. Kind regards, Igor
