Hello, I have had DiffBind running for 20+ hours. Status has been orange (running) since yesterday but has not completed. I have tried re-queuing separately this morning, but I get the same result.

It sounds like the job is still running. Some tools do take longer than others to execute.
The best advice is to let queued jobs stay queued (gray), then stay executing (orange), until it is completed (green) or failed (red). Quitting out early can abort not just successful results, but full job logs that might be informative.
