Hi, in these 2 days I am trying to run EdgeR from tximport output. It runs well, no error, but EdgeR gave me 0 dataset ouput! I am not sure what happened. I thought my tximport file problem, but I reran from my old data, that previously worked, now also gave me 0 dataset.
I used the same version 3.34.0+galaxy2, I never changed the sofware version.
Can you share the history with the failed edgeR job? History sharing: click at History options (three horizontal bars icon) in the top right corner of the history panel, select Share and manage access, in the middle window change Make history accessible to Yes, copy the URL and paste it into reply.
