Despite using every troubleshooting method I can locate online, I am unable to stop this error from happening. From my understanding that means it’s more than likely a system error - but I don’t see any reported outages. I was told to post here to submit a “help ticket.” This issue has been going on since 4pm EST yesterday.

It seems the ORG server has an issue with correct calculation of storage usage. I cannot upload data (upload by URL from GitHub) with error message saying I am over the quota, while Galaxy shows 67% of quota usage. Deletion of big histories does not not help. I use only the standard storage.
I guess it is urgent.
