Error when running DEseq2 - use version 2.11.40.8+galaxy0

I tried running DEseq2 but I keep on getting an error saying that “This tool was diabled before the job completed. Please contact your Galaxy administrator”.

What could be the problem here?

Yes, I see the problem at UseGalaxy.org and this version of the tool.

  • DESeq2 Determines differentially expressed features from count tables (Galaxy Version 2.11.40.8+galaxy1)

The newer version has a configuration problem. We’ll get this corrected, but you do not need to wait!

Instead, please try using the earlier version of the tool instead for now.
