Error on bug report page is cannot execute: required file not found
I am trying to visualize with Krona based on the output file of the Krona pie chart
from the taxonomic profile. The visualization with the Krona tool was successfully run but could not show the hierarchical data.

Hi @gajendrajoshi - I had imported your shared history, ran your original dataset through this tool instead, and that generated the correct graphic. Please try the same operation. If that fails, try doing it one more time and take screenshots of how you have set up each step. Maybe we can spot where things are going wrong and correct it. :)
