I am running analysis on a lot of datasets and I would like a simple way where I can run my final analysis using STRINGTIE and have my gene abundance estimates from all the datasets exported to one excel datasheet so I don’t have to copy the results from each dataset one after the other.
Is there a way to do this? I am running my analysis as collections so data input and running of several datasets at a time is not a problem. My only problem is I get my results for each dataset as a single file (gene abundance) and I would like to get one excel (or other formats) with all my results from all my datasets. Thank you.
