Hi All,
I am trying to do Fastqc on my sequences and one of them is showing this:
Fatal error: Exit code 1 ()
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Djava.io.tmpdir=/galaxy-repl/main/jobdir/021/951/21951826/_job_tmp -Xmx7g -Xms256m
Failed to process file ChIP-18-BMP4-Input_fastq
uk.ac.babraham.FastQC.Sequence.SequenceFormatException: ID line didn

What should I do? I would really appreciate any help.

the error message seems incomplete but it might be that your fastq file has invalid format - try running fastq groomer tool on it
