FTP connection error using FileZilla

Hi,

I failed to connect to the galaxy ftp server. Below is the error message I got:

I tried to turn off the firewall but it didn’t help.

I also tried to edit the network configuration wizard and I got this error message:

What should I do? FYI, I’m physically in China so I have to use vpn first to get access to galaxy, google etc… Is this the problem?

Could you try connecting again? It seems to be due to a system scheduled maintenance.
