Hi I need help regarding my project. I am a user of galaxy web server, and I have used it for RNA-Seq, HiC and motif analysis. I am creating the project pipeline on GitHub and I know I am late in uploading the pipeline, but I am doing it now. I need to know how to I upload the parameters used for each tool? Do, I just copy paste the information, that the report provides after the run?
