Hi everyone, at the goseq step for the preparation of the gene category, I already read the available document. Eventhough, I couldn’t prepare my gene category file for mus musculus mm39. Can somebody help me with this step asap. Thanks a lot.

It doesn’t look like the underlying tool has been updated for mm39 yet. Ref: https://bio.tools/goseq
For now, use mm10.
