This site is intended for use by GenomeTrakr laboratories and their collaborators to assist in the analysis of genomic data for foodborne pathogens. This instance of Galaxy is hosted in a public environment and no personally identifiable (PII) or commercial confidential information should be uploaded.

How do I create a GalaxyTrakr account?
If you would like to create a GalaxyTrakr account, please visit:
https://account.galaxytrakr.org/Account/Register, to register. Once registered, you will have to verify your email address so that we can approve your account for GalaxyTrakr use.
If this is not possible for you, you will find all tools also on other public Galaxy instances.
