Now I am doing practice data analysis.
When I use Interactive environment for using Jupyter, ( I setting the Galaxy interactive envrionment launcher like this: GIE: jupyter, imge: quay.io/bg~~~:16.01.1, Datsets: my own merged BAM file) after that Program said, “Loading the interactive envrionment failed, please contact the Galaxy administrator for assistance.”
Could you tell me the which problem was occurred and what should I do for using this option?
Actually, I report the problem like this. Administrator in Galaxy recommended to share this problem in this “Galaxy help community”. So, Can I receive some advice about this issue?
