Interactive Tools -- Job does not run

Hello, I have been trying to get a jupyter notebook running with Interactive Jupyter Notebook (Galaxy Version 0.3) to no avail. The job gets put onto my history, but never executes, and I can not find anything under my ‘Active Interactive Tools’.

All of the interactive environments at UseGalaxy.org are problematic right now. We are working on it.

For now, please use these tools at UseGalaxy.eu or UseGalaxy.org.au.
