Installing Guppy in Galaxy Server

Hi,

Is there any way I can install Guppy basecaller (from Oxford Nanopore) into my Galaxy Server? The reason being the Galaxy Server at the institute has better spec and it would be much faster for basecalling rather than relying on my comp (where I have the MinKNOW software) if I could install it in the Galaxy Server.

Yes you can.

Go to the admin page, on the left click on “Install and Uninstall” to open the toolshed. From that toolshed page you can install tools.
