JBrowse not working

when i run the JBrowse on my private server, i contoured an issue :

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/galaxy-central/database/shed_tools/toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/jbrowse/1cfc579079a6/jbrowse/jbrowse.py", line 17, in <module> from Bio.Data import CodonTable ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'Bio'

then i installed the biopython in the galaxy server ,but it still show this error.
Anyone can help on this ? thanks a lot.
