I followed Galaxy training’s instructions, so I successfully annotated my fasta file using Prokka.
But when I used JBrowse, an error occurred and my process stopped.
Error message was “tool error. An error occurred with this dataset:‘NoneType’ object is not callable”
I tried many times but received the same error message. Could you explain how I can solve this error?
