Hi all, this morning I started to notice some problems runnings jobs. I launched three different jobs and 1 hour later all of them are still on queue…I’m using scanpy tools for a scRNAseq analysis and plotting some DESeq2 results with Heatmap2. Does anyone know if there has been any general problems?

Most jobs will queue before executing. These are shared public resources. Leaving jobs queued is important since all new jobs are added back at the end of the queue, extending the wait time.
The UseGalaxy.eu database did have a small issue but seems to be up now. Rerun if a job happens to fail.
