I’m using this tutorial (Hands-on: Use Jupyter notebooks in Galaxy / Use Jupyter notebooks in Galaxy / Using Galaxy and Managing your Data) to learn about jupyter notebooks. When I get to the installation of libraries (!conda install -y pandas
!conda install -y seaborn) I get an error ‘no space left.’ There is almost no data on my account. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Welcome @Caitlin_Roake
I’m reviewing since this seems to be on our side. More soon and thanks for reporting the issue!
Yes, I can confirm that we had some UI errors earlier today and that is what likely impacted your job. When working in the primary UI, that would have looks like the website being slow, or possibly presenting with pop-up windows reporting “Too Many Requests”.
With the interactive environment, this seems to have impacted how the original container was set up. Starting over was the right solution!
So, glad that is working for you and please let us know if this is enough. ![]()
Message to anyone else who ran into an odd problem today: Try a rerun. Be sure to check the size of your inputs – if empty, those upstream jobs, including upload jobs but possibly other tools too, might need a quick rerun first!
Our apologies for the complications today! Most functions should be back on track now and we can investigate anything not fully resolved. Feel free to open a new issue ticket, share your history, and we can help to review. ![]()
