Hello, I wanted to use Kraken2 on usegalaxy.org but the tool seems to be missing database options. We tried switching to the usegalaxy.eu, which does have databases for Kraken2 but the workflow I am using also calls for Convert Kraken and in the EU version of galaxy, that tool is missing databases as well. Is there a way to upload databases or get an admin to install some databases, either for convert Kraken on the EU version or for Kraken2 on the US version. Thanks!
I have encountered the same problem with usegalaxy.org support. Can kraken2 databases perhaps be added to the CVMFS shared between usegalaxy.org / usegalaxy.org.au / usegalaxy.eu ?
